Bonnie has nine years of Human Resource Management experience. Her training and development skills were honed at the University of British Columbia where she led the Training and Development Team. This team conducted over one hundred focus groups, and based on their input, presented a proposal to the executive team for an Orientation Program, a Job Skills and Management Training Program and a Literacy Program. All three were programs were implemented in a year and after many iterations, still serve the university community. Following this, Bonnie spent three years as an HR Consultant, implementing attraction and recruitment strategies, developing and delivering training and coordinating professional development and change management projects.
In 2012, Bonnie was granted a PhD from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She has fifteen years teaching experience at the tertiary level in Canada and the United Arab Emirates and now teaches Human Resource Management Courses for RMIT University Vietnam.
